There are plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores in each town. Superdino and Hiperdino are the largest chain supermarkets available on Fuerteventura.
If you want a truly authentic shopping experience, check out Mercado de los Tradiciones on Tuesdays and Fridays. There's an indoor market from 10AM to 2PM for fresh fruit and vegetables, preserves and baked goods.
